3-4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
13 oz. can evaporated milk

1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
Chopped onion to taste

ReplyDeleteMy oven is broken (I think actually DEAD!) so I will definitely try this - it's COLD here in Northern VA too so this sounds perfect! Thanks, Courtney!
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed day, Jenny C.
This sounds delicious, and I love using my crockpot. I'm always in search of great M&C recipes. Please send a little bit of your snow to Tennessee. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm in Ohio too! This recipe looks fabulous, I just might need to try it! Thanks!

Oh my!!! I think I have all those ingredients. Yea me!! We still have 12 inches of snow on the ground from over a week ago. It's remained so cold, nothing has melted. We are getting a couple more inches this week. So, I completely understand wanting something warm, cozy, and comforting. Thank!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to try this one!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!

ReplyDeleteI am trying this today! Looks yummy!
ReplyDeleteI made this for dinner tonight along with steamed broccoli (let the dip it in ranch dressing), orange segments and grapes. We all loved it. My 2 girls asked for seconds. My husband had to work late but he commented that the mac-n-cheese was really good. I'm going to try the Hawaiian meatloaf next.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds fabulous and I'm going to try it tonight. My husband is intolerant to onions, so we'll leave those out... anyone have suggestions what else can be added?
ReplyDeleteJust found your blog thru Kelly's Korner...
