Giveaway - Sally Clarkson's The Ministry of Motherhood


Sally just called me --just pause right there -- yep - my phone rang and it was Sally Clarkson {squeal} lol!  I crossed my fingers that the kids wouldn't fight!!!  Alexis was doing phonics and Alex was writing out Hebrews 13:17 because we were having a rough morning with some questionable behavior lol! but we made it through!


Anyway, Sally offered to giveaway one of her books for our summer book club!!!  Hooray!


The book club begins Monday, May 23rd on GoodMorningGirls.org with exclusive videos done by Sally Clarkson!  The book club will run through August 5th.  This is gonna be good - you don't want to miss it!

    The more I hear about this book, the more I think I need it.

    I, too, like the idea of having the kids write out Scripture verses. I quote them when my guys are in trouble - they'll disobey me and not care, but they freak out when I tell them they disobeyed God!

    I was hoping to be a part of this book club. A few weeks ago I felt a call in church to rededicate my like to living for pleasing God rather than those around me. Part of living to please Him is living out the purpose He has for me and that is being my husband’s wife and my kids’ mom. So I recently retired as a digital scrapbooking designer and will finish that part-time job this month so I can go back to really focusing on my true purposes as homeschooling mom and wife. It would just be perfect to start off on this journey by joining th book club.

    I read some information on a couple of her books, and that is exactly what I aspire to be, I try constantly to become closer to that person, I have two babies and would love love to be blessed enough to read this. I have been meaning to buy mission of motherhood, but just havent....I would really love to win this not just because it's a book, but because I truly know it could help me and my family...whenever I sit and read things like this it always uplifts me to continue figuring out what I am truly here for, and my role in this life ;) And how important sacrifice is.

    I just wrote a very long comment and the computer lost it!:) I have read some of her book mission of motherhood online and that Is exactly what I aspire to be, I have two babies and would love love to win this book, not just because it's a book and they really do give me some clarity...but because I really think this could help me and my family, I think it's very important for everyone to learn how to live by sacrifice, and being a mom is definately the perfect lesson for that.

    I recently started a mom's Bible study in our small community and it is going well. I would love to have the opportunity to do the study with y'all and read the book. This may be possibly be a great book to do a study on in our group too!

    I would be so blessed to receive this book. I have attended Sally's conferences in Texas and was unable this past February, to purchase the book, due to financial limitations. This would be a wonderful way to spend my summer months with my kids, too! Thank you and have a blessed day!
